An extra treat along with first look of Rajinikanth's '2.0'?

Not long back, Lyca Productions had announced that the first look of 'Superstar' Rajinikanth’s upcoming film sci-fi action film 2.0 would be released on November 20. The film being directed by Shankar is one of the most anticipated films in recent times and has a funding of an estimated Rs. 350 crores invested in it featuring the likes of Akshay Kumar as the antagonist and Amy Jackson as the female lead with a musical score by A. R. Rahman.

Although the news of the first look reveal for 2.0 has everyone excited, it is being reported now that the makers have decided to go against the trend of revealing very little and rather offer a treat to Rajini fans by possibly releasing a teaser. Raju Mahalingam, one of the executives of Lyca Productions announced that the first look of the film will reveal what Indian cinema is capable of.

Whether we get this treat remains to be seen. An official word is meanwhile awaited.
