Akshay Kumar gets 'extra' help to fight Rajinikanth in '2.0'?

With almost two-thirds of filming completed for director Shankar's upcoming 2.0 with 'Superstar' Rajinikanth, fans are quite excited that they will be treated to the first look from the mammoth film on November 20. The film being prepped for a massive release next year has to its credits Bollywood superstar Akshay Kumar playing the baddie and Amy Jackson as the female lead with a musical score by Academy Award winner A. R. Rahman under the Lyca Productions banner, who are reportedly shelling out Rs. 350 crore, thus making it by far the biggest film ever to be produced in the nation.

Having said all that, reports are now coming out stating large bird-like robots are being employed by Legacy Effects from Hollywood. It is being said there are few portions in the film involving animatronic birds and that Shankar had recently shot scenes with these robot creatures along with Rajinikanth. In addition, actor Riaz Khan was also reportedly seen in a bird getup in this schedule.

It must be noted that not too long ago Akshay Kumar was seen in crow-like costume during the 2.0 Delhi schedule. Whether the Bollywood star will be getting more help in the film to tackle Rajini will be known only as the film draws closer to its release.
