Attempting to send chills down viewers’ spines, the makers of upcoming Tamil-Telugu bilingual Maya have a challenge for the audience.
Titled Maya in Tamil, the film is directed by Ashwin Saravanan and features Nayantara in the lead role. The horror flick promises to be a spook-fest. In fact, the film’s producer C Kalyan has announced that a cash prize of `5 lakh will be awarded to those who can watch the film alone till the end, without any decline in their pulse rate and blood pressure. “The pace of the film is such that there would be plenty of spine chilling moments for the audience. If anybody feels they can watch it alone, they are free to approach us and we will hold a screening for that person. So far, nobody has even approached us,” said a confident C Kalyan. It is slated to release on September 17
