Kabali, the production venture of Kalaipuli S. Thanu recently passed its censor board test with a clean 'U' certificate. Soon after, the V Creations chief took to his official Twitter handle to announce the film's release date with a tweet stating, "#Kabali will be releasing worldwide on 22 July 2016 !! We couldn't be more excited @superstarrajini @beemji :)".
This gangster drama film, which is said to be releasing in more than 50 countries features 'Superstar' Rajinikanth and Radhika Apte in the lead with Winston Chao, Kishore, Dhanshika, Riythvika, Dinesh Ravi, Kalaiyarasan, John Vijay in pivotal roles. Pa. Ranjith of Madras fame has directed the film while Santhosh Narayanan's musical score is already a rage among the fans. The movie is being dubbed in Hindi, Telugu and Malay languages as well.
