After bagging the rights of Dhanush’s ‘Visaranai’ and ‘Naanum Rowdy Thaan’, Lyca productions has acquired the distribution rights of Bala’s much anticipated ‘Tharai Thappatai’.
The film stars Sasikumar and Varalaxmi in the lead roles. The movie’s plot is set on a rural background and the story is said to depict the lives of folk artists who perform ‘Karakattam’.
‘Maestro’ Ilaiyaraaja has scored music and the film marks the 1000th film of ‘Isaingani’.
The film has already triggered huge expectations among the audience and the movie is said to have a huge opening in all centres.
