The much-anticipated ‘Kirumi’ which stars Kadhir, Reshmi Menon and Charlie in lead roles has received a huge opening and the realistic movie is garnering positive reviews from all ends.

The suspense thriller story revolves around a careless youngster Kadhir, who keeps idling away time. He spends money earned by his wife Reshmi Menon and keeps roaming around with his friends.

One fine day, Kadhir gets arrested by police after an untoward incident and Charlie, who works as an informer brings him out with his influence. Kadhir requests Charlie to get him a job and finally, Kadhir becomes a trustworthy informer.

In this situation, Kadhir informs police about the illegal activities in a bar and police officials seize huge amount of money from the venue. Irked by this incident, the villain kills Charlie, thinking that he had informed the police.

Kadhir happens to see the murder and gets horrified about the adverse consequences he has to face after the incident. Meanwhile, the villain’s gang plan to kill Kadhir as well and the rest of the screenplay showcases the plight of the youngster in a gripping manner.

The flick’s hero Kadhir has done an extraordinary job. He has depicted the life of a careless youngster in a realistic manner and scores well in dialogue delivery and body language.

Reshmi Menon bags a mature role in the film and the pretty girl has done justice to her characterization.

Ace actor Charlie steals the show with his proficient acting and this will definitely be one of his important roles in his career.  Other actors like Thennavan, Mahendran, Ravi Venkat Ram, Yogi Babu have also done their portions well.

Director Anucharan has made an engaging flick with an interesting storyline. The filmmaker has also taken immense efforts to create a remarkable movie with lots of sensible twists and turns.

It is to be noted that the script and screenplay has been co-written by Manikandan of ‘Kakka Muttai’ fame and the crew has definitely lived up to the expectations of the audience.

Kay’s BGM and songs are impressive. Arul Vincent’s cinematography is just brilliant and the other technical aspects like editing and art direction are also commendable.
